HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

DHL Express - Estimated Transit Times: 1-5 Business Days, delivered Monday - Saturday.

Economy Shipping (10-14 working days) Estimated Transit Times: 10 - 14 business days, delivered Monday - Friday.

Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Delivery schedules may be affected by holidays, including Thai holidays and international holidays such as Christmas and New Year.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Please be aware that couriers only hold packages for a short period before discarding them.
If your package is discarded or automatically returned, we regret that no refund can be provided. To prevent this, we kindly recommend tracking your shipment and paying any necessary duties or taxes without delay.

Your package may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the overall delivery time. We are not responsible for delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

Notice for U.S. Customers – Tariff Update
Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. will discontinue the de minimis exemption.
All imported goods will be taxed based on their tariff classification. Items shipped from Thailand will be subject to a minimum 19% import tax.
This regulation takes effect at 12:01 a.m. EDT on August 29, 2025.
