SHIPPING & RETURNS
HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
DHL Express - Estimated Transit Times: 1-5 Business Days, delivered Monday - Saturday.
Aramex: Economy Parcel Express - Estimated Transit Times: 3 - 10 business days, delivered Monday - Friday.
Economy Shipping (10-14 working days) Estimated Transit Times: 10 - 14 business days, delivered Monday - Friday.
Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Delivery schedules may be affected by holidays, including Thai holidays and international holidays such as Christmas and New Year.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In-stock items typically leave our Bangkok warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) depending on our current volume. Shipping and delivery times may vary.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm GMT+7 will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address correction is required after dispatch, and must be handled directly with the courier, any fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photo or video evidence of the damage upon arrival. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to initiate a shipping company investigation. We are not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery on the recipient’s end.
HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
Shipping calculations are based on a variety of factors, including product types, weights, sizes, destination and shipping method.
Once you have added shipping address details at checkout, you will be given shipping options and prices before you finalize your order.
Primo makes no profit on shipping fees nor do we charge a shipping and handling fee.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
If a package is returned to Thailand due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping fees and applicable import duties and VAT will be deducted from your refund. Please monitor your shipment and settle any required charges promptly to avoid delays or returns.
Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the overall delivery time. We are not responsible for delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Notice for U.S. Customers – Tariff Update
Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. will discontinue the de minimis exemption.
All imported goods will be taxed based on their tariff classification. Items shipped from Thailand will be subject to a minimum 19% import tax.
This regulation takes effect at 12:01 a.m. EDT on August 29, 2025
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed, except under the following circumstances:
- Order Errors
If we have sent the wrong style, size, or item by mistake - Defective Items
Your item has a factory defect. - Size Exchange
You would like to change the product size.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in clean condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging with all tags and attachments intact.
Return Instructions
Email info@primofightwear.com to receive your nearest local return address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned
Important Notes
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items missing tags or original packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Upon receipt, we will promptly dispatch the correct size from Thailand.
All shipping fees, duties, and taxes both for the return and the exchange are the customer’s responsibility.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
At Primo, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Exceptions will only be made in cases where an item is defective or an error has occurred in the order
Refunds cannot be applied to orders made with a promo code. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, this includes items purchased with a promo code.
ORDER STATUS
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are attached to a tracking number. You can use the tracking number as provided by email to locate your package.
If you've undertaken the above and struggled to get through to the courier to find your parcel, please get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to help you locate your packages.
MY ORDER HASN'T TURNED UP. WHAT DO I DO?
Please use the courier's track and trace functionality on their website to understand where your goods are located.
We always recommend waiting several more days than expected before raising any delivery issue with us - as couriers often ask for more time to complete the delivery before considering it as an issue.
Nonetheless, if you have not received your order after a reasonable time, please get in touch and we will speak with the courier for you.
SPONSORSHIP INQUIRIES
HOW DO I GET SPONSORED?
Getting sponsored isn’t easy. You must be winning fights at the very top level and have an active social media with a solid fan base.
Through consistency you will get noticed and we will reach out to you. If you truly feel you have a case, feel free to send us an email at info@primofightwear.com.
Due to the high volume of request for sponsorships, we generally don’t reply to these types of emails. Please do not DM us on IG for sponsorship inquiries.
CUSTOM ORDERS
HOW DO I GET CUSTOM SHORTS AND EQUIPMENT?
For gyms that are looking for custom equipment or shorts, please email us at info@primofightwear.com with your request in the subject line. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days.
The minimum quantity for shorts is 100 pairs. In order to maintain a high degree of brand consistency, the extent of possible gear customization will also depend on how much your own logo matches with the Primo visual design language and brand DNA.
