SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?

DHL Express Estimated Transit Times: 1-7 Business Days, delivered Monday - Saturday.

Yun Express - Estimated Transit Times: 10 - 14 business days, delivered Monday - Friday.

In-stock items typically leave our Bangkok warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) depending on our current volume. Shipping and delivery times may vary. 

Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm GMT+7 will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The speed of delivery depends on the goods and where in the world you’re based. Generally orders are received within the suggested time frame at check out.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

Shipping calculations are based on a variety of factors, including product types, weights, sizes, destination and shipping method. 

Once you have added shipping address details at checkout, you will be given shipping options and prices before you finalize your order. 

Primo makes no profit on shipping fees nor do we charge a shipping and handling fee.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the overall delivery time. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style/size/product than what you actually ordered). In this specific case, please contact customer service support for acceptance, prior to returning the goods. If not, we will not provide free return. 


We will accept returns on apparel, gear & equipment only under the following conditions: 


1. Items must be in the original packaging with original tags 
2. Items must be unused 
3. Items must be clean and free from wear 
4. Items must be unwashed 

Primary Return Address - Please check with our team via info@primofightwear.com for the nearest local distributor or retailer in your region / country. You may send your return package to the local address provided. Packages to a “primary return address” may be sent via your local courier post.


Secondary Return Address - If a local distributor or retailer in your region / country is non-existant, you must proceed to send the package to our warehouse in Bangkok at the following address:

Returns to our warehouse will only be accepted via DHL.


Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include your order number in the package. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Any items returned without original tags and packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Refunds are provided exclusively for errors attributable to us, such as dispatching an incorrect style, size, or product from what you ordered. Should this occur, you have the option to either exchange the item or receive a refund. Please reach out to our customer service support team for detailed instructions on how to proceed with your refund request.

Our return policy for apparel, gear, and equipment is clear and straightforward, accepting returns only if:

  • The item is in its original packaging and retains all original tags.
  • It has not been used.
    It is clean, showing no signs of wear.
  • It remains unwashed.

Should you need to return an item, please send it back in its original packaging, complete with all instructions, tags, and any additional contents, including your order number, to the return address we provide.

Refunds cannot be applied to orders made with a promo code. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, this includes items purchased with a promo code. Items purchased with a promo code are available for exchange only.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

For exchanges, we accommodate sizing corrections only. If you require a different size, return the item to our partner distributor within your country (contact us via email for details). Upon receipt, we will quickly send out the correct size from Thailand. Note, however, that shipping costs for both returning the original item and dispatching the new one are the customer's responsibility. Returns lacking original tags and packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.

ORDER STATUS

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders are attached to a tracking number. You can use the tracking number as provided by email to locate your package.


If you've undertaken the above and struggled to get through to the courier to find your parcel, please get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to help you locate your packages.

MY ORDER HASN'T TURNED UP. WHAT DO I DO?

Please use the courier's track and trace functionality on their website to understand where your goods are located.

We always recommend waiting several more days than expected before raising any delivery issue with us - as couriers often ask for more time to complete the delivery before considering it as an issue. 

Nonetheless, if you have not received your order after a reasonable time, please get in touch and we will speak with the courier for you.

SPONSORSHIP INQUIRIES

HOW DO I GET SPONSORED?

Getting sponsored isn’t easy. You must be winning fights at the very top level and have an active social media with a solid fan base.

Through consistency you will get noticed and we will reach out to you. If you truly feel you have a case, feel free to send us an email at info@primofightwear.com.

Due to the high volume of request for sponsorships, we generally don’t reply to these types of emails. Please do not DM us on IG for sponsorship inquiries.

CUSTOM ORDERS

HOW DO I GET CUSTOM SHORTS AND EQUIPMENT?

For gyms that are looking for custom equipment or shorts, please email us at info@primofightwear.com with your request in the subject line. We will get back to you within 2-3 working days.

The minimum quantity for shorts is 100 pairs. In order to maintain a high degree of brand consistency, the extent of possible gear customization will also depend on how much your own logo matches with the Primo visual design language and brand DNA.

We have a studio / warehouse located at 53, 1 Soi Barbot 2, Khwaeng Phra Khanong, Khet Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110. You can also find our exact location via Google Maps.
